4 Mesh opened today and I am so ready for Spring that I saw Spring colors in the items. I am wearing a Lakshmi dress (full picture below), Elle Boutique bracelet, alaskemetro eyeshadow, Umbrella lipstick and beauty marks, and Liquid eyes- all exclusives at this month's round of 4 Mesh. I am wearing an Exile updo that was released at The Trunk Show which ends March 18th. So this event is in its last week, get over there and get your formal/bridal needs before it ends. Essenz is at The Trunk Show with these corset laced chunky heels. I love that detail on these shoes. Seraphim did not put the right end date on their page. The trunk Show is til January 18th. (It goes from the 19th to the 18th of the next month.) I am trying my best to get back into the swing of things after my vacation. Opening all the things and catching up as much as possible. It is nice to be home. By the way, my title post today is a dare. Can you?

Happy New Year! I can't believe it is already 2018. In the world as a whole, I am ready for a new year and hopefully better times. In my personal life and SLife, 2017 was a great year. In SL I celebrated 15 years with my partner, Hiram, and we adopted a sweet little girl, Cindy Lu. My blog and designers that I blog for grew greatly last year. In RL, I am happy with a good professional level (I have my Master's degree) job and a happy family. I have a lot to be thankful for and am blessed. I am aware of the worst of 2017- Hurricanes, mass shootings, bombings, nuclear arms race, and Trump- just to name a few. Which is why I am looking forward to a 2018 with a better world list than that. However, I do think its OK and healthy to think positively though and look at the good in your own life and be appreciative of that.

I have been away on vacation for the last two weeks and in SL a lot happens in that amount of time. I am showing three new formals in this post from Narcisse, Just Because, and Kaithleen's. They are all gorgeous and fitmesh, so if you are looking for a formal for an event, dance, or wedding in 2018- check these three out!

Bows make me happy. Girly things make me happy. So there is lots of happy in this picture for me today. My Narcisse dress is new at the current round of The Trunk Show. This event is featuring things you need for your wedding. You can definitely wear this new dress as either your bride gown or it would also make great bridesmaid dresses. I made mine black with dark pink accents. The Trunk Show is here til November 21st. My amazingly coordinated shoes are new from Essenz at Gacha Garden. You can try your luck to win a solid shoe (shoe and bow the same color) that is available in 12 colors. I am wearing the seed of inspiration that you get after 20 pulls. It is a black shoe with a bow that changes to 18 colors via HUD. The seed of inspiration will not be available after the event.

The {Petite Maison} Work Pretty decor set is one of my favorite new finds. I did not get any of the rares in the machine despite playing it numerous times, but I did get the two art prints- Girl Boss and the one with the bossy quote- both are favorites. I am sassy and I love sassy things, lol.

Kaithleen's is at The Trunk Show with this gorgeous gown, Leffe. I really love it and the fatpack comes with a bloody version and you can also texture change the ruffle and the rest of the dress separately in the fatpack as well. I enjoyed playing with that, but really loved this rich raspberry color and wanted that for my whole dress. The back of this dress has lovely corset lace detail as well. The Trunk Show is open until November 21st. Essenz released my strappy shoes with fishnet detail between the straps, Seattle, at the current round of Shiny Shabby till November 15th. The most time sensitive item that I am showing are these gorgeous new Kunglers bracelets that are at the current round of Cosmopolitan till November 4th. Here is a close up of the intricate bracelet design.

A little bit morbid just in time for Halloween. Nantra has new couple poses with a bit of a morbid twist at the current round of The Trunk Show. My gorgeous gown was just released by Just Because at the main store. I love the off shoulder sleeves. The satin texture is gorgeous. This white one could definitely be used as a wedding dress if you wanted, but there are lots of other colors including pastels and metallics. My gorgeous updo is new by Doe at N21. I love all the swirly, curly parts.
