I am excited because Livalle has been designing more shoes lately. She just released these chunky platforms with a soft ribbon wrap detail at Sanarae and is about to release some bunny mode boots at the next round of faMESHed. I am so cool with that because her shoes are always works of art. Do you see the material shine on these shoes?! I mean for real- they are so pretty! Just Because just released this super sexy leather dress at the new round of Uber. The designer said it was out of her comfort zone, but it is definitely not out of mine. I told her, no worries, I would show the sexy for her. This would be the perfect dress for your next night out! My short bob is new by Truth, also at Uber. I can't get over the stylist HUD that is included. There are literally 13 different ways to wear this hair!

It has been a year since the first Women's March, January 21, 2017. I blogged that HERE. Wow, what a difference a year makes. It might just be me, but this year marks the most dynamic climate shift for women's rights that I have ever seen in my lifetime at least. This weekend women will be marching again. What do we march for? Equality for women, equal wages, protesting sexual assault, and a host of other things. I think every woman has her own thoughts about why she marches or supports the marches. I am not close enough to a march site and I know many others that might live in rural areas, etc also can't participate. So, as I do, I wanted to show my support in SL and I got some friends to join me!

The friends that helped me take my picture today are (left to right), Halfwraith Caerndow, Saffron Foxclaw, Gypsy Mactavish, ME, Dani Graphelle, Asthenia Pinazzo, Rhaenys Targaryen, and Starr Ghost. I will link their blogs below so you can check them all out as well. Thank you all so much!!!

One of my favorite SL artist, Whiskey Monday, marched today with her mother and daughter in RL. She also marched last year. She had this to say about the march today, "Today's Women's March was even more inspiring and moving than last year. I was in a smaller crowd in a smaller town, but it didn't matter. People were fired up with a purpose I didn't see last year. Women are running for office. Women are telling their stories. Women are claiming their space. I'm honored to have been a part."- Whiskey Monday.

I think that is what I meant. The difference from last year to this year is purpose. I was just mad in general last year and you can see that in my post and the reason I said I marched in SL. This year I am resolved. I am excited about men being held accountable for their actions and seeing real change as they are fired from high profile positions for sexual misconduct. It is about time. I named this post #metoo. I did that because I was sexually assaulted by a Pastor in our church when I was a child. It does not matter how young, you are going to negatively affect that child and she will remember. I personally did not remember until I was older. I started having vivid dreams in college and they were so disturbing. I called my mom and simply asked her if anything happened to me when I was younger. She started crying and so did I and then it all came back to me. I remembered. I have also had my share of uncomfortable situations where I am trying to politely say, I am not into this, and the guy was not listening to me at all. I was never raped as a young adult, but I was definitely touched and groped when I was not wanting to be. I am still coming to terms with that because until recently I just thought that was how some guys were and they did eventually take No for an answer, so surely not sexual assault, right? Now my mind is changing. #metoo

Now for SL fashion. I love my shirt! I love the double message and I think its perfect for today! It is new by MAddict at the current round of 4Mesh. My shoes are also new by Livalle at the current round of faMESHed. Look at the materials and how they shine. The texture is just amazing! I am not sure what the other girls are wearing. Fun Halloween Things To Do and Picture Places 2016

If you are not running around SL partaking in all the amazing Halloween themed places, then you are truly missing out! Halloween inside Second Life is the best! I love all the spooky places, fun things to do, and Halloween themed events. I have made my list of the top 8 fun things to do and places to go this year. I hope you find some fun in my list!

#1) The Nightmare Event 2016: The Nightmare walk through is back for another year. This is always one of my favorite things to do for Halloween in SL. Can you find your way through the Nightmare experience and find all 25 teeth?

2) Pumpkin Patch by Interior Design and Artistry: After you pick out your pumpkin, there are several areas for interactive fun including a petting zoo, Apple Orchard, and a Wine Sampling Station. One of the coolest things is that visitors are allowed to rez items for photography pose purposes so you could visit and take group or family pictures at the Pumpkin Patch.

3) Haunted Halloween Tour: Ride a coffin through a spooktacular ride. Two can ride together on this ride so you can grab onto each other for dear life. For the best experience you want to use region windlight defaults, have your sound ON, and turn on advanced Lighting.

4) Live Trick or Treat Event: Free Bird is hosting a grid wide live trick or treat event. You can visit vairious decorated homes Saturday October 29 9-11 SL or Sunday October 30 11 AM-1PM.

5) Halloween Haunted Sim by Nance Clowes: This sim features several major Halloween-themed builds on one sim. Attractions include rides, an 8 story ghost asylum, GCS zombie combat city and lots more!

6) Polaris Playground Haunted House: This is an old school SL haunted house, but it made it on my list because if you find your way to the top of the haunted house you can hop on a bat and ride around the spooky sim looking at everything from above. This is an ADULT sim.

7) The Cornfield: You land and get a basket on your back, a damage meter HUD, and a plank of wood for your protection. You are going to need it because there are all kinds of spooks in the cornfield. If you are a traditional gamer, this might be really up your alley. You can click on the arrow on your HUD to get a notecard that tells you all about the game and how to play. Can you get through the cornfield and collect a full basket of corn before the griefers get you?

8) Dark Sewers: You can fight zombies and all kinds of creatures in the sewers. Pick up a free HUD and weapons and venture into the sewers to fight all kinds of spooky haunts. Dare you venture down to the dark underground old sewers,inside this dark & damp place are creatures of your worst nightmares!

Livalle is going to release some new amazing shoes at Geeks N' Nerds 2016 (Oct 22nd). They are cyber, sci-fi perfection. They have hoses and LED lights and all kinds of cyber details. The shoes come with a light HUD that gives you lots of options of colors and light styles. Due to that a static picture does not do these new shoes justice. So, I made a video to show these shoes close up and all the features included on the HUD.

I am also wearing a new skin from Paper Rabbit that is available at Epiphany. The Spooky skin line has Ghost, Vampire, and Witch skins available with a variety of make up options in the Gacha machine. It comes with Catwa (shown), Lelutka, or Omega applier options. I have a lot of windlight action going on in my first picture and so I wanted to show another closeup of this new skin. Good Luck and may the gacha gods be with you!

Livalle is about to release some new shoes. Livalle Cadenas are sexy heels with a chain (in silver or gold) wrapping around. These new shoes are available in 10 colors and can be found at the next round of SaNaRae (September 26th). These are not coming out for a little while, but I got so excited about new Livalle shoes that I could not resist. I am also featuring new Kungler's earrings, enVOGUE hair, Just Because top, and fishy strawberry skirt.

My top and skirt are both available at Mesh Body Addicts September. My Kunglers Iris earrings were just released at On9 in 5 gem combinations. My enVOGUE hair is a top of the head braided tail with bangs and optional black tiara decorated with flowers and gems. The hair can be found in the main enVOGUE store. I blogged the chevron version of these Livalle boots a few days ago, but these hot pink ones kept yelling at me, "blog me...blog me." So I really had no choice but to style them because I love them. They are so funky! The designer of Livalle, Lindsey Warwick, thinks that I only wear pink so I try to blog other colors (and not always pink), but I could not help myself with these (love!). You can get yours at the current round of Tres Chic. Kaithleen's just released some new tube tops at the new round of Cosmopolitan. These original mesh tops are fitmesh for Maitreya and all version of Slink mesh bodies.

My Doe hair, which comes with a two-tone option, is new at Whimsical. Whimsical closes March 3rd so you have until then to get this hairstyle at the event. I like this new event. It is well laid out and has a nice, organized map. I love events with maps. You can also teleport from one side of the event to the other which makes it handy if you walked the wrong way (of course I have never done anything like that, lol). My Vinyl skirt can also be found at Whimsical.

Livalle has these new lace up platform boots, Chyna, at the new round of Tres Chic. I am showing you the chevron version, but they also have polka dots and solid texture options to choose from. I think these funky boots are way cute with a little bit of a punk clothing flair. My enVOGUE hair is new and can be found in the main store. I love the asymmetrical cut and tried to show that in the side view picture that I took. It is a little bit longer in the front than the back and tapered around the sides.

My shirt, NOPE, not today is a gacha item from paper.arrow at Whimsical. It is not a rare, but I must admit to playing this machine til I got this particular shirt and I probably spent a bit too much, lol. Sometimes gachas come right to me and other times, NOPE, lol. That is OK. I still love playing gachas and Arcade is right around the corner! Mesh Body Addicts is going strong and the goodies abound. My Kaithleen's dress and WoW Skins Catwa applier are both new releases at the event. I love this frilly, soft flowing dress. It feels romantic. This dress comes in fitmesh for both Slinks, Maitreya, and Belleza mesh bodies. My skin applier is beautiful, but it only comes with one eyebrow color (brown). So I went brunette, but I am really a blond and I prefer options so I can wear my favorite tresses. This applier is a natural base skin that would be perfect for add-on makeups. The appliers for WoW skins have been updated to 2016 versions and I really like the changes.

My Livalle heels are GLITTER! I really love the glittery texture on these shoes. You can find these in a variety of glitter options at the SaNaRae event. The red ones make me think of clicking my heels three time and saying, "there's no place like home." SaNaRae ends January 18th- so make sure you get your glitter on before then. This new Magika hair is simply stunning. I love the big curls and the braided bun. Beautiful!

I have had a wonderful year and that is largely in part to my partner, Hiram Walker. He is wonderful, kind, and talented and makes every day a little bit better. Hiram and I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

The couple pose we are using is from NanTra. It was on sale for the last lazy Sunday, but if you missed that- you can still get it in the main store at regular low store prices. I am also going to use some other adorable poses in the next picture that are by NanTra at the current round of The Liaison Collaborative.

I mentioned that Hiram was talented and in fact he made the outfit he is wearing. His jeans and shirt are both original mesh and textures and fitmesh for Slink Physique male. There are five different jeans and four different half-tucked shirts available. You can get yours in the Dabble Dooya marketplace store and you can use the gift option on marketplace to send these to that special man in your life. It would make a great Christmas present!

My Livalle boots in this last picture are really special. They are called winter and they have snow/ice/raindrops on them and it looks really realistic. These winter boots as well as a bright red and navy are going to be the Livalle Fifty Linden Friday special on Christmas day, December 25th.

Slink just released these sexy Drape Halter dresses made for Physique, Hourglass, and also standard sizes. I am showing my lipstick colored one on my Hourglass. This new body was actually just updated too. The current version is now V1.2. Basically Siddean fixed some issues on the UV so appliers work better. If you missed the news of this update, all you need to do is go to the main slink store and hit the re-delivery terminal. While you are there, check out these new gorgeous dresses too- perfect for upcoming holiday parties.

My Kunglers earrings are actually the centerpiece of my outfit and anchor the pinks and blues that I have included in my look today. You can find the Josephine earrings in a variety of metal/stone combinations at the current round of Cosmopolitan.

I am channeling Angelina Jolie today in my Angie Genesis head that is available at Kustom 9. I am showing it with different lipsticks/ lipgloss/ and eye makeup that is available in the machine. This is a gacha item, so you could get a mesh head for only 99L. The commons don't have expressions nor do the eyes blink, but getting a complete mesh head for 99L is kind of cool. You can look on marketplace and get the exact number(s) you want in this gacha machine also. The appliers for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza are in the main Genesis store and they are FREE. I have not played a Genesis machine up til now because I was not really sure how it would work and how the body appliers would work. I tend to like certain skins and I was not sure I would like the ones on Genesis or not when I was not able to apply other skins. This head does not feel like 'me', but I think it is really pretty and I am enjoying playing with it. I really like how Genesis makeups are interchangeable between different Genesis heads too. If you want to try a mesh head, but are not ready to spend thousands to do so- a gacha Genesis head is a great choice to experiment with.

I am so excited to be covering the launch of Goji. A brand new original mesh store that is offering fitmesh for Slink Physique and Hourglass, Maitreya Lara, and Belleza Isis and Freya. This new launch is from the tried and true designers Damien Fate and Janie Marlowe- offering a different style of clothing from Neve (formerly coldLogic) and supporting even more mesh bodies. From what I see from this first launch I like to think this store is about cute and FUN fashion. Each design comes with a four texture change HUD giving lots of variety with each purchase.

This first launch is filled with cute designs. I had such a hard time deciding what to show you first. In the end the pink and mint ombre design on this wrap dress was an instant favorite. I don't think the slouchy legwarmers were really meant for the dress, but I think they are pretty adorable with just about anything and I loved them with my new Livalle MaryJanes. These new shoes are brand new and just released at the new round of Tres Chic.

My adorable Doe updo is new and available at Kawaii Project. You can wear it solid (shown) or two-tone in the myriad of vibrant Doe colors available.

Oh it has been a great Halloween month in Second Life! I love this holiday. I hope you got your Livalle Halloween special shoes for FLF. If you missed them, I just went to the store and they are still there- Just click the poster (but I would hurry). My Blueberry top and AviCandy tights can both be found at Mesh Body Addicts. This awesome event ends November 10th, so only about 10 shopping days left. My Doe hair is available at Kawaii Project. It is very Wednesay Addams and aptly named Wednesday. I think its great hair for today as well as cute braids for any time. Finally, TAG Gacha ends today. What a fun event TAG Gacha is! My Stockholm & Lima Neon accessories, Nomad furniture, and OMEN decor are all part of TAG Gacha.
