Hiram and I went to the beach today! We needed some new swimsuits and since we are both wearing mesh bodies, we wanted them fitmesh to our Slink Physique bodies. My suit was just released yesterday at uber by Just Because. It comes with a color change HUD to control the strings, metals, and beads- so you can customize this suit a lot. Hiram's favorite color is blue and it matches my eyes too- so I decided on this beautiful ocean blue color. I added some simple gold jewelry that was just released by Cae at The Fantasy Collective. It has adorable birdies on it which is perfect for Spring! My hair is a new release by enVOGUE in the main store. I am wearing the fitmesh size of this hair. I love fitmesh hair because it is not too big or too small for my boobs. More and more hair designers (Doe, Clawtooth, enVOGUE) are starting to make fitmesh hair and I love this growing trend!

Hiram's swim trunks were just released by Apple May Designs and come with a fitmesh for Slink Physique Male size. I REALLY hope more designers continue to include this mesh body along with other mesh bodies that they make clothing for (TMP and Asthetic). I love the way this body looks on Hiram. It is fitmesh so you can make it your own with your shape.

Time to go swimming!

What is the sexy, classy Domme to wear for all the upcoming holiday parties? I think Dirty Princess hit a home run with their Classy Mistress dress. Shiny latex and lace come together in a classy design. This dress is also fitmesh- which was a huge selling point for me as well. Now it is not fitmesh to any particular mesh bodies, but it comes with three different fitmesh versions and I found that version 2 fit my Slink original body pretty well and version 3 fit my Maitreya (shown).

You can get this dress on Marketplace, but I did not see a demo there so I had to go to the main store. As well done as I think these original mesh and hand drawn designs were (they had some latex lingerie too that caught my eye), the store was jumbled and cluttered and it was hard to walk inside much less find what I was looking for. They need to get a maid to straighten that place up or a Domme to tell them where to put everything. In my own dominant way, I was of course envisioning how it could be improved significantly with a few changes. I would suggest the same size smaller vendor photos all around and then a few larger styled pictures of the designs as art all around every few vendors. That would improve the in-world store immensely.

Anyway, I did eventually find the dress and the demo so I could try the fitmesh on my mesh bodies. It works well and I think its gorgeous. A perfect outfit for any classy Mistress (or fetish need) this holiday season!

Memorial Day is a day in the United States where we remember and honor those who have died while serving in the military. To honor those that have served I am in red, white, and blue today.

However, the person that has passed recently that I keep thinking about was not in the military and I did not know her well either, Scarlet Chandrayaan (RL Amy), the owner of Alouette. I have felt silly that it has upset me when I was not close to her, but I was upset when the Last Call designer passed and when the Donna Flora designer passed too. Our Second Life microcosm is small and we often know a lot about our fellow residents, especially those that I see in plurk. The Second Life plurk community has become a big part of my SL as I talk to friends, designers, and acquaintances about both our first and second lives. I valued the talent that went into Alouette and know we will miss the person and talent immensely. So I am sad and I know that those of you that were close to her are grieving and my heart goes out to you.

Today I went to Linden Memorial Park. You can touch a kiosk and plant a flower for any SL avatar. I planted one today for Scarlet. There are 12 garden plots like the one you see behind me in the above picture and most are full of flowers. When you type the name of the person, text appears above a flower as it is planted in the garden. It is humbling just to stand in the garden and think about the people that have been lost by those that loved them in Second Life...so much more than a "game."

I think it is well established that I have a Gacha addiction. So just in case you have gotten everything you want at Arcade and are jonesing for a new venue- I have one to tell you about that just started yesterday. Luck of the Irish Gacha Fair will be from March 12 through March 31st by depraved nation. There are a 352 gacha machines with a large variety of items at this event. I am showing you the original mesh dress by Kaithleen's that is available in 7 colors and the Pink Sequin Mouse Ears by XO Visions.

A caveat: While I was there I heard people warning others that some of the items are no transfer. I also saw quite a few items that I have seen at other Gacha events, so repeats. Having said that- there are some great unique exclusive new items that can be found (like Kaithleen's new original mesh dresses!).

MOUSE EARS! SEQUIN MOUSE EARS! I fell in love with this Gacha machine. I needed them all! It has been a long time since I was THIS excited about an accessory. Thank you XO Visions for making sequin mouse ears. I love them!

My outfit today is from Ducknipple. The Snuggle dress and Meine boots are both new mesh releases. Ducknipple is a store that releases high quality original textured, original HUD texture change, template mesh at reasonable prices. My requirements for buying it are that the textures must be high quality hand drawn with baked shading at a resonable price and Ducknipple meets and excedes those for me. The fact that their items come with a great texture change HUD, which really makes them many items in one, just sweetens the deal at this store. Before mesh came to second life, Ducknipple's owner, beanster Potato, always drew beautiful textured hand drawn system layer clothing and now she has brought her texture ability to mesh.

Ducknipple has a great variety of shoes and boots available, many of which can be unisex. These boots are resize and I think they would look great on a guy or a girl and are easily adjusted. I am showing them to you in this colorful teal, but you can see all of the 14 colors available in the HUD in the top left of my picture.

Last, I wanted to comment on my new eyelashes. I got them as a Christmas pressie and I just LOVE them. They are from Mon Cheri, I blogged about that store joining with Sassy and three other stores in a fashion joined denizen, The Burbs, about a week ago. Mon Cheri is on the wishlist system and so I was able to add these great eyelashes to my wishlist. These eyelashes are original mesh and come with a HUD so you can change them into 3 styles and pretty much unlimited colors. I am wearing style 2 in the black glitter color. I LOVE the glitter options available in these eyelashes. If you are looking for new eyelashes, try these "Falsies" from Mon Cheri.

I have so much fun getting dressed in SL. I really love my SLife. I am so super happy and Ricielli always makes me happier! I love their 15L mesh hunts and there is a new one called the Halloween hunt. You are looking for 20 ghosts and as always they are easy to find, contain gorgeous mesh clothing, and are only 15L each. I found my pants, top, and lipstick in the hunt. Ricielli hunts usually stay in the store for a while so even though Halloween is over, this Halloween hunt at Ricielli is just beginning.

My purse is also from Ricielli and its actually the free group gift right now. You just activate the group and click on the poster right inside the door of the main mesh store.

My necklace is from Real Evil Industries and I first found this store when they put this free gorgeous jewelry set on marketplace. The set I am wearing today comes with so many options via a HUD that its too many to list. You really need to look at the pictures on MP of all the amazing options, colors, and textures that are included with this set for the low price of 299L.

My shoes are from CandyDoll. You can change the color of the bow into 20 different colors via HUD. The Flair polish is the perfect finishing touch to my ensemble.
