Hi, Kirstentacular readers! I missed you and I hope that you missed me. It is very rare for me to go 10 days without updating my blog. I don't think that has happened more than a handful of times in 7 years of blogging. I have had a few real life hurdles that I am dealing with that have made it impossible for me to keep up this month. I don't feel like going into those in depth, but you can read about it in THIS PLURK and THIS PLURK if you want. Warning: the content is emotional!

Second life is my escape and my artistic outlet and I can't tell you how much I have missed it. It feels so good to get back into my fashion and blog today. I am playing with jeweled outfits, sparkly jewels, new hair, and makeup- all the things that make me so happy! I hope the wait was worth it and thank you for continuing to follow my blog, flickr, and other social media. Today I am wearing a new romper from Narcisse and hair by Doe that you can find at Whimsical. My gorgeous Kungler's necklace was just released at Sense Event and the matching earrings and rings were released at the last round of Shiny Shabby (January) and can now be found in the main Kungler's store. Powder Pack for Catwa, February was also released 8 days ago. I hope you pre-ordered this one because there are some gorgeous items (like the 5 I have on today). If you didn't, you can still get the pack at the regular price of 3.5K. I do intend to still do a video of the pack, I am just behind this month, but I am going to work on catching up as much and as fast as I can.

Cae just released the cutest necklace ever. It says "I love you to the moon and back" and it would make the sweetest Christmas present for someone that you love. This necklace was released at Cosmopolitan. Gifting is available via the vendor system. If you choose the "In a Giftbox" option it will give you a box (that is transfer) to give to someone. Then they click the box and the necklace is delivered to them. My hair is new by Exile and was just released at eBento. Blueberry just gave us this adorable top as a FREE GIFT. It is a full fatpack of tops with special "holiday" colors (shown). You can pick it up at the main Blueberry store or you can have it delivered to you from Marketplace. It is 1L on MP so that you can gift it, but if you do you can contact Sophia Harlowe and get your 1L refunded. It was just put on there to make it easier to get and gift. I am also wearing some more of my Powder Pack December skins and makeup.

It All Starts With a Smile is back! I always love this sim and all of it's evolutions. This current version of the sim is a winter wonderland. I love the town starry street lights and quaint small town Holiday feel. You need to definitely get over there and explore and take some pretty pictures too! Blueberry just released the Bree Dress and Boots at their main store. As usual, this is a must have item. The laces and metals can be texture changed on both the dresses and boots. The Fatpack comes with the Gold pack and the Ombre pack, but they can also be purchased as separate smaller packs on their own as well. I am of course showing one of the gold textures in this post. Blueberry does the best metallics and I always love wearing them especially around the holidays.

Powder Pack November 2017 Catwa was just released yesterday, Nov 17th. We got 3 full skins, 1 head skin, lots of lipstick and eyeshadow, one pack of brows and eyes, and a hairbase. I loved that many of the makeups in this pack were glittery- perfect for the upcoming holiday season and parties. I liked almost everything although I did not like the Amais skin on me and the DeeTaleZ and Studio Exposure lipsticks did not fit my lips in spite of trying on a few skins to see if I could make one work. That was not expected because so far I have had 99% of lipstick fit me perfectly in previous Powder Packs. Before these were released, I was wondering if that would be a problem (to get lipsticks without demos) and so far it really has not been.

The Nox eyes also caused me trouble because I did not figure out til later that the included applier does not work on the Catwa eyes but only on the included Nox mesh eyes. Honestly, I won't ever use those because I prefer to use my Bento rigged eyes that came with my head and just apply eye textures to them. One of the big reasons I decided to buy a Bento head was that I realized it meant NO MORE POSITIONING MESH EYES. It made me feel like I did when we started getting foot appliers and we no longer had to tint our feet. So designers, please include an applier for Bento eyes. I predict that it will be like designers that did not adapt to the Slink mesh feet when it came out- they went the way of the dodo bird.

That said, I am truly in love with every other product in this pack. They are gorgeous and with 3 full skins, this pack (as usual) was a STEAL at 1500 pre-order price. I loved, loved the Amara Beauty skin, Essences skin, and Pumec skin (shown). That alone would be worth the price, but then I also adored the adored makeup (pun intended, lol), Modish makeup, Nox makeup, and the Just Magnetized hairbase. Those were all my favorites! Make sure you always pre-order your Powder Pack Catwa between the 1st and 16th of every month and get one for a friend through Marketplace too.

I am wearing one of the fatpack exclusive metallic colors in this top. This one reminds me of rose gold, which I love. Powder Pack Catwa June 2017 was released yesterday. We got a lot of things that made me gasp and squee in delight and some things that were not for me. You can see all my reactions in my Unboxing Video! Not knowing what you are going to get, the surprise, is the fun and best part of it all. Also, even if a few things are not your cup of tea, the box is always worth way more than the purchase price. This time the Amara Beauty skin and makeup fatpack (worn above) would have almost been the value of the whole box for me personally because I loved it so much. This is by far my favorite skin that I have gotten in Powder Pack to date. It is gorgeous and it has LIGHT BROWS!!!!! Click the video below to see everything in this month's box!

#adored- Lipsticks and Eyeshadow. I love these lipsticks, so shiny and pretty!
Amara Beauty- Full Catwa skin in 12 tones, omega body, maitreya, slink, beleeza, and vista hand and feet appliers, lipsticks, and eyeshadows. Wow- this was worth the price of the whole box. Everything else is a bonus!
Atelier Pepe- Catwa head no eyebrow skin only in 4 tones, dark eyebrows only.
DeeTaleZ- Doll face add-ons: light blonde eyebrows, blush, button nose, eyebags, doll lipsticks.
Essences- Catwa head skin only in 6 tones.
Izzie's- Eyelashes, Simple eyeliner as eyelash base, and eyebrows.
Mudskin- Full Catwa skin in 4 tones, omega and maitreya body appliers, skin options include creased eyelids or monolid, freckles, eyebags, and blush; and lipsticks.
Slackgirl- Catwa eyes and bandaids.
Just Magnetized- Hairbase
Studio Exposure- Very dramatic eyeshadows.
YS&YS- Full Catwa skin in 4 tones, lipsticks, eyeshadows and Omega body appliers.
Zibska- 2 lipsticks, eyeshadow, and blush.

So we got 3 full skins and 2 Catwa head applier skins this time as well as tons of makeup and other appliers! What a full pack, well worth the purchase price!

Kunglers released matching earrings and rings to their previously released Luiza necklaces at the current round of Cosmopolitan. These rings are bento ready and will work with any bento hands you own. Finally my great wedges are new by Reign and were released at the current round of N21. Powder Pack April 2017 for Catwa was released on the 17th. It is packed with goodies! Full skins in multiple tones from 4 designers and tons of makeup, eyelashes, eyes, and other gorgeous items. I am wearing items from 5 of the 12 designers in the above picture including: Essences skin, Pink Fuel lipstick, DeeTalez eyeshadow, Modish eyelashes and eyes, and Just Magnetized blush. I made a video of the whole pack so take a look at that below or on my You Tube channel (and subscribe if you like it!). My video is the whole pack in only 7 minutes.

If you buy the fatpack, you get a full transparent version (shown) as well as metallic colors. With single colors you can wear the dress Opaque, Semi-transparent, or Sheer. The dress moves really well as I walk and dance as well. Make sure to get over to the main Blueberry store and try a demo on today!
