NanTra has a cute pose set out called Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy at the new round of Genre. It contains six cute poses and their mirrors- two with instrument pose props- all for only 100L for the duration of the event. The poses remind me of retro pin up poses that might have been used in a military scene and tacked inside some fly-boys locker.

Conquest, a Game of Thrones themed event, opens tomorrow, June 19th. Cae has this bone inspired necklace and earring set that will be exclusive to the event. It changes to three metal colors via HUD. Be sure to grab this set when you visit the event.

So this picture- I wanted to show these new male Cold Ash jeans and the back corset design on the new DE Designs dress and to show these new original mesh Maai boots in a sexy way and this picture just happened. The other thing about all of those items is that they are all Fitted Mesh. I did not have a lot of luck with fitted mesh and the normal avatar body- it was something strange around the hip area all the time. However, I love all the fitted mesh that I have tried for my new mesh bodies. How about you?

If one of those does not fit how you feel about fitted mesh, please comment at the end of this post.

I made this picture to show the fitted mesh with my different bodies and different shapes. I think it is so cool how the fitted mesh adjusts to whatever shape I have on and I can wear mesh with a curvier shape with ease. The DE Designs Lilith dress is made fitted to the regular avatar, Slink Physique, Belleza Venus (regular and push up), and Maitreya Lara. My new original mesh Maai thigh high boots are made with rigged mesh standard sizes, fitted mesh to the regular avatar, Slink Physique, Belleza Venus, Maitreya Lara, and The Mesh Project.

If you have yet to try and explore fitted mesh, I encourage you to break away from your standard size rigged mesh and try some fitted mesh today. I personally have had excellent luck with items fitted to specific mesh bodies.

Have you tried the new mesh hair from Blueberry? They have about six styles so far and I really like them and I love the textures. They sell their hair a lot like Magika does with three texture HUDS so really it is like getting a fatpack of hair for a single pack price. I love that! My hair in this post is new from Blueberry called Alessa.

I have been a bit pre-occupied this week because December Arcade was amazingly excellent. In this picture you can see that I decorated both sides of my door with Apple Fall's tabletop trees which are one of the gacha items in this round of Arcade. My skin is also a gacha item by Glam Affair at Arcade. The December skin is really pretty! My cute shirt with cropped sweater is a new release by cheeky at Winter Trend and my jeans are a new cheeky release in the main store. The shirt comes with a color change HUD to change the undershirt into 8 colors/ 2 patterns. All of my poses in this post are in a pose set by Everglow called Frost that is a new release at Winter Trend.

Livalle (formerly L. Warwick) has some new unisex shoes at The Men's Department. They come in both male and female slink versions and a belleza version. My jewelry set that looks like a Christmas Tree is new by Cae at the new event, The New Tailors. This will be a monthly event that will start on the first Saturday of every month and end on the last Saturday of the month. I already blogged the new winter inspired new release by Cae that is at Winter Trend, here. My pretty opal ring is a gacha item by Yummy at Arcade.

After I went nuts at Arcade, I still found some time to get over to Truth and get a few hairstyles 50% off. The entire store is 50% off until December 15th.

Hi, this is me, Kirsten. I don't look like myself today? Well that is because I am blogging my other half and getting a little bit of male fashion on my blog today. Hiram has been wearing the same skin for at least the last two years. It is a good skin but was starting to look dated. He has been looking for a skin that did not look too girly AND has hand and feet appliers for Slink for at least six months without any luck at all. We were both really happy when he tried on the new skin from Hermony at the current round of The Men's Department. We both really liked it a lot- so now he finally has a new skin. This is Hermony Symon and it comes with some chest hair tattoos, stubble, and pubic hair as well as a hairbase version skin. It has slink hand and feet appliers available separately. I like it. It is a manly skin and meets all of both our requirements for a new male skin. Yay!

Hiram also picked up a new jacket/shirt combo and new shoes at TMD. Hiram is a manly man. He will not wear saggy crotch and flat butt pants of any kind. He won't wear trendy items that look like they are made for teenagers. He wants normal manly looking items that fit his body like men's clothes should. That is all ok with me because I feel exactly the same. I hate saggy crotch and flat bottom items for any gender. So it is often hard to find things he likes. He does like to look and shop though, so that's a plus in my book. He picked up this Cold Ash jacket and L. Warwick shoes at TMD.

So.Much.Cute! My outfit started with the 50% charity donation (ASPCA) necklace from Cae at Cirque de Seraphim that is two entwined giraffes and the cutest necklace EVER! Then I needed to hold my giraffe plushie and wear giraffe ears! I went with the deer ear headband by ploom- its close and reminds me of giraffe ears and adds to the cute. My shoes are brand new from L.Warwick for both boys and girls at the current round of The Men's Department. I needed new mesh sneakers and these are so well done! They come in black, white, red/black, black/purple (shown), rasta, and white/pink.

My outfit is Slink Physique applier clothing that lets me wear my curvy shape. The Hopscotch wavy shirts and Somnia Jeans can both be found at My Slink Obsession (MSO) November. This event has a ton of great items more of which I plan to blog because I AM obsessed with my slink parts! The shirt comes in 7 colors and the jeans come in three black/grayscale denim shades and three blue denim shades all with optional mesh cuff attachments. I missed ripped jeans! Both items appliers are HUD driven and you can change the textures easily with one applier HUD. I love that feature with physique applier clothing too. MSO just started yesterday and you can shop this round til November 30th.

EverGlow has 4 sets of skateboard poses at The Vintage and Cool Fair. Two of the sets are wearable poses that you just attach the skateboard. The other two sets are skateboard props you sit on and therefore have to be able to build on the land you are taking your pictures on. I am showing you one pose in set 1 and one pose in set 2 in this post. They really are some cute pose prop packs and you have until October 24th to shop the Vintage and Cool Fair.

I really love The Men's Department monthly event. I always find something there that I want for myself whether its poses or decor. Plus it has the greatest deals for men with lots of high quality content. We are going to show you the two poses made as a collaboration by Consignment & !bang that you can find this month. Both are just adorable couple poses. This first one, sweet nothings, contains 6 sayings and as you can see I added some of my own text in photoshop to personalize it just for us.

Well I know in my case its definitely true that we are better together. I am kind of a handful though so he might be ok by himself but please don't ever tell him that! *wink* Seriously though, people that have known us since 2002 and 2006 say that we were just meant to be together. We are peas n' carrots.

ISON has a lot of great releases out and about on the grid for both the girls and the boys. My new Ison dress can be found at collabor88 January and Hiram's new Ison hoodie can be found at this round of The Men's Department. The hoodie comes with a T-shirt that changes into 16 textures via HUD.

How cute are these couple poses in this blog post? They are both new releases from oOo Studio at The Men's Department.

Hiram is also wearing the new Tableau Vivant skin, that can be found at The Men's Department and I have to say that I really love the definition on the abs and the obliques. The skin is a little bit lighter than he likes to wear normally and only came in one skin tone at the event. I hope it comes in a full range and a little bit darker in the main store sometime soon because not only do I love the definition; I think it looks really cute on his face too.

Hiram's jeans are brand new from Lapointe and Bastchild and he decided to fatpack this release because he tries on jeans and has trouble finding ones he likes as much as his L&Bs. He won't wear the ones that are saggy and he likes it to have a round natural butt (ok maybe I am the one that loves the L&B butt). The fatpack comes with a texture change HUD so you can wear one size and then just change the jeans into 10 different textures. I really think the fatpack is an amazing deal at only 799L!
