Happy Thanksgiving! In RL today, I cooked for 6 hours, ate for 30 min, and slept for 4 in a tryptophan food coma, lol. In SL, Hiram, Cindy, and I celebrated Thanksgiving last Monday. We had a great night! We pretended to eat really pretty decor food while we played some family games. Cindy Lu beat the pants off us at Trivia, which is impressive since she is only 4. We also played Thanksgiving Memory Match because I figured we needed a toddler friendly game, but nobody could touch me on that one. I won both the easy and hard edition of the game handedly. After dinner, we went for a family walk with lots of swings (pictured above). Finally, we played Football tag, which was really just tag on a football field texture, lol. I don't think tag had a winner. I pretty much spent the time laughing out loud the whole time as we ran around chasing each other around, lol.         The three new  Essenz colors for HUD three have been decided and they are not any of the colors I picked, lol. That is ok- I still think shoppers getting to pick colors for the third HUD is a fun idea and I think the new colors are great.  The three new colors are Gray, Riverside Blue, and Burgundy. Three lucky girls (MissJosie Resident, Boudicca Amat, and Gynni Cordeaux) even got a new fatpack of their choice just for voting on the new colors too! Congratulations ladies! So far the new color pack has been released in three shoes: Venezuela at faMESHed, Michigan at Salem (shown), and Hamburg at The Seasons Story.

        I am also wearing a sexy new blouse/ skirt combination from Apple May Designs that was just released at The Season's Story. You can find Risque in 5 colors with an optional add-on (sold seperately) to change the blouse and belt to 10 different colors. My new cute bob with lots of body is a recent main store release from Truth, Debra. Finally, my necklace is a new release from Kunglers that you can find at Cosmopolitan.        Skin Fair starts March 11th and I could not believe the amount of head appliers all over the event. It is clear to me that mesh heads are taking over. I know that I never take mine off personally (unless its to put another one on). Catwa Jessica is just me now.      So the owner calls the Maitreya fitmesh size experimental, but it fit me perfectly (of course try a demo for yourself). I have been a fan of these Happy Undead short tight vinyl mini-skirts for years and was excited to hear they had been updated with Physique and Maitreya fitmesh versions. I owned the free group gift which is a teal color (blogged here three years ago), and had purchased black, and hot pink vinyl skirts. So I went to the main store and picked up my updated free group gifts and then went to the re-delivery terminal. I made my purchases so long ago that apparently they were not in her system, so I note-carded the owner with pictures of my inventory. She got back to me the next day with my updates! The mini-skirts are not even sold separately anymore, so I understand why my very old purchases were not in the system. They are now sold in huge multi-texture HUD packs for 350L each.

     If you are already a member of Happy Undead (cost 500L to join), you need to go to the main store right now and get the updated versions of all the past group gifts and pick up a 350L gift card! If you are a group member and have not done this yet, hurry! This will only be in the store til June 1st at which time the group will change to 50L to join, all the past group gifts will be gone, and the 350L gift card will be gone too. I honestly think with the 350L gift card, and for the next week you get past gifts (worth more than 150, imo) it might be worth it to pay the 500L to join this week. You can use the 350L gift card to pick up a pack of these amazing skirts- now with fitmesh! It is definitely worth considering.
