We <3 Roleplay just opened and its packed full of goodies. I am particularly excited about my Eudora 3D jewelry and Pink Fuel skin for my LOGO head- both new and exclusive at We <3 RP. It has been full but hopefully you can get in soon to get these goodies! My dress is a new Kaithleen's release at the current round of Designer Showcase. It comes in white (shown), red, black, amd cream with standard sizes, and fitmesh for Maitreya and Slink. I am especially impressed with the strap- it fits really well and sits on my shoulder nicely.

My Pink Fuel head applier was shown on LOGO Alex on the ad poster, but I am wearing it on Chloe and I think its pretty cute on her! The lipsticks on this applier are gorgeous. <3

I did a formal shopping list in 2013 and have had it on my blog as a resource ever since. My tastes in the area of formals have changed so I have decided to update with my current 2015 go-tos for formal wear. When I wrote my 2013 post, I was still addicted to flexi and really did not like to actually dance and swish around a dance floor without it. I still wanted a full mesh base, but definitely wanted flexi too. I still miss flexi swishing around me sometimes as I dance and occasionally I will wear them if they have a full mesh base, but I don't actually prefer them anymore. I have made the switch to preferring all mesh formals now, especially fitmesh formals.

A standout formal to me this year was this ISON gown released at collabor88. It comes in standard sizes and my personal favorite fitmesh for Maitreya.

Now I am going to give you a comprehensive list of what I think are currently the best places to shop for formal attire. I am really impressed with the ISON lace sets at Collabor88. I think the texture and details are just gorgeous. I love the fringe on the bottom too. It is just so elegant. It only comes in Maitreya fitmesh though and I like having things in Physique and Maitreya preferably because I interchange those two bodies so often. I am glad it does come in fitmesh though. You can also find my Exile asymetrical bob at coll88 too, so cute and edgy.

My addiction to my Catwa head continues. I seem to fall in love with every skin I put on the head, lol. I am wearing the just released Lara Hurley Christy skin that is made for the Catwa head. I think it is gorgeous and I LOVE the 10 lipsticks and mole layer included. Lara Hurley skins always have had some of the best lips and lipsticks and I think they hit a home run with this applier.

OMG Gacha starts July 10th and I have seen a lot of great previews. AlterEgo has two new skins at the event, one in honey and one in caramel skin tones. I am wearing janae in honey skin tone in this post. This is a beautiful skin so make sure you check it out when OMG Gacha opens in a few days.

Look at all the great makeups that will be available in this machine! Gacha is a great way to get skins, imo, because it is usually a lot more inexspensive than buying them normally. You just have to try your luck to see which ones you get and if you are a Gacha addict like me- that just makes it more fun! These skins come with brown brows (shown), dark brows, and no brow options. Good Luck at OMG Gacha!

Liv Glam's new fur trimmed coat comes with a 31 dual color change HUD too. You can change the middle and the sleeves seperately or of course you can have them the same color too. In other new, I bought a new- to - me skin. This is the first time that I have bought a skin that was not one of the three brands I wear most often in a long time. I decided to use the skin addiction weekend Black Friday sale and notecard to try on a bunch of new to me skins. The skin tone is close in range to the skin tone I wear most often which was the first and most important selling point for me. ISON has a lot of great releases out and about on the grid for both the girls and the boys. My new Ison dress can be found at collabor88 January and Hiram's new Ison hoodie can be found at this round of The Men's Department. The hoodie comes with a T-shirt that changes into 16 textures via HUD.

How cute are these couple poses in this blog post? They are both new releases from oOo Studio at The Men's Department.

Hiram is also wearing the new Tableau Vivant skin, that can be found at The Men's Department and I have to say that I really love the definition on the abs and the obliques. The skin is a little bit lighter than he likes to wear normally and only came in one skin tone at the event. I hope it comes in a full range and a little bit darker in the main store sometime soon because not only do I love the definition; I think it looks really cute on his face too.

Hiram's jeans are brand new from Lapointe and Bastchild and he decided to fatpack this release because he tries on jeans and has trouble finding ones he likes as much as his L&Bs. He won't wear the ones that are saggy and he likes it to have a round natural butt (ok maybe I am the one that loves the L&B butt). The fatpack comes with a texture change HUD so you can wear one size and then just change the jeans into 10 different textures. I really think the fatpack is an amazing deal at only 799L!

I had way too much fun at the Geek 'n Nerds Fair. Like WAY TOO MUCH fun, rofl. Geeky Gachas galore, nerdy clothes and accessories, and poses.

I love Stargate, Star Trek (Enterprise mostly, but then I fangirl Scott Bakula, and Entertprise is the best!), Quantum Leap, Dr. Who, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Harry Potter, X-files, Fringe, Battlestar Galactica, Torchwood, Big Bang Theory, and Heroes. That qualifies me for something geeky, I am sure. I took three geek tests. I never did figure out what I really am. I got mixed results, somewhere between geek and nerd though I guess.

The first one I did was the one on Strawberry Singh's meme, How Geeky Are You?

That one was really just a computer geek test though, imo. So I went searching for something more comprehensive and found the Geek Test. Kirsten is a Total Geek, but that is only 31% Geek.

Then I really got obsessive, which I tend to do (this makes me more of a geek). I started researching the difference between nerd, geek, and dork. I found this online test that is supposed to figure out the difference and categorize you: Nerd, Geek, or Dork Test. According to them, I am a Modern, Cool Nerd.

After all that I am just going to label myself a Sci-fi Gamer Geek, lol. I was trying to do the meme and I got obsessed with question one and decided yeah, that will do for the meme, cause that's what geeks do- we get obsessed, rofl. Meme, done.
