Clueless has been one of my favorite movies for as long as I can remember. Sure it is a modern day nod to Jane Austen's Emma, but this movie was in my high school heyday and I just thought it was the coolest.  So when David Heather made Clueless costumes, I could not get to the store fast enough to buy the iconic yellow plaid Cher costume. While there I ran into Ziion Kira who was at the store to get the Dionne costume and I asked her if she would take a picture with me. She was wonderful and we had a great time making these iconic Clueless pictures.

    Truth just released this brand new hair, Adore, in the main store. It comes with a really cute headband of its own that has a separate accessory HUD with 28 solid colors, 4 florals, and you can even tint the white version via the HUD. However, I hid the headband and opted for one of my own Halloween themed ones (to match my Frenchy, obviously)- this hair is perfect for all your current Halloween headband needs!

    October is my favorite month in Second Life. I love all the spooky places, costumes, and things to do. I love wearing a costume all month long! I used to write a top fun Halloween things to do in SL post every year. I have not written one since 2016! So- I am going to definitely get one made for 2021. 

#1 Coming in at #1 is the Boystown Haunted Experience. I walked through with four of my friends and we had the best time! 

"Grab your holy water and say your prayers, because the Boystown Haunted Experience is coming to thrill the grid this Halloween. Straight out of Hell, this spooky walk-through attraction with interactive experiences is designed to terrify and entertain. Start out at Horror House, where an innocent visit to Madame Ruby's Fortune Telling turns out to be a gateway to a demonic world with incredible monsters, amazing special effect and fearful places. 

Those brave enough to enter should plan on using the Second Life Shared environment, turn sounds all the way up, and allow the use of in world experiences. It's going to be a scream!"

#2 Grimsly Fiendish Halloween Rides. I was blown away by all the rides and the sheer imagination that was evident in this sim! 

  Bring your friends and see who can get the highest Zombie killing score on the scoreboard, but be careful these Zombies are hungry! Free weapons provided! This is just a great, free, Halloween time!

4) Trick or Treat Interactive Neighborhood, 3rd Annual. Do you guys remember Havenhollow? It was a really cool interactive trick or treat neighborhood. This one is a little different, but you can still come here and roleplay trick or treating. The doors don't open like Havenhollow, but there are candy buckets and cauldrons all over that you just click to get your candy at each house. 

5) Chimeric Arts Pumpkin Patch. I think picking out your pumpkin is a super important Halloween experience. At this pumpkin patch you can pick the pumpkin you want, then rez it to carve a face into it and leave it at your SL door for decoration! 

6) Laurel's Nightmare 2021. If you like classic Halloween Horror Movies, this walkthrough experience is a must see! I am not going to ruin it all for you but the creativity and variety was amazing!

    I found this adorable fall skirt suit at Bauhaus. Prior to this, I don't think I really had anything from this store, but this is super cute. I love everything about this outfit! This reminds me of something that might have been a rare in a gacha machine (the pink would have been rare of course) and I would have played a lot to get it, lol. I miss gacha, but I did enjoy picking this up in the color of my choice at a regular price. 

    I am visiting, Where are Journey Begins, Fall 2021 edition sim today. It is gorgeous as usual and you can join the land group for free and rez poses.

        Nothing on the adds says original mesh and at this price point it is most likely template mesh, however, the 2D latex textures that have been drawn for all of these designs are really well done and seems unique as I have not seen it saturated over the grid. 

        To be able to see the latex as it was designed, you do need to make sure that you have advanced lighting enabled in your viewer and it also helps to wear the "latex lights" that are included in each design. If you are not looking at the design with advanced lighting, it will not look like this on your computer screen. That is not the designer's fault however and just user error. If you are looking for sexy fitmesh latex, check out Alice Boutique on marketplace. 

        I have been trying skins on this new head and haven't found one that I like enough to buy yet. However, I also pulled out all my old pre-mesh head skins and tried them on as BOM layers and I was utterly surprised to find that most of them looked great on my face even though they were designed for the default avatar. However, the hands and feet look messed up. I am wearing an old Pink Fuel skin and Mochi was kind enough to make a BOM tattoo layer to fix the hands and feet so that you can wear all your old PF skins on your mesh bodies! You can find that fix in the main Pink Fuel store for only 1L. Thanks, Mochi!

   Hello Fetish Fans! I bet you wondered if I was ever going to post another Fetish Friday post, right? It has been a while! I had to take a minute to work on my avatar and update to 2021. I finally feel like the 2021 version of Lady Ling! 

    So what is new in Fetish Fashion in 2021? Avec Toi! I don't remember this brand from 2018 so either they were not around or I just did not know about them. They are currently at Kinky Monthly, Fameshed X, and Uber- so quite a nice line up of quality events. Their entire store is either, latex, lace, lingerie, or boots- so YES, this is a definite store you need to check out if you are looking for some mesh fetish wear. Most of the items that I personally looked at were for Maitreya and Legacy mesh bodies.
