Maai is at Black Fashion Fair with this super sexy slightly retro inspired lingerie set, Dottie available in red, purple, and black. My ploom hair is new at Kawaii Project and I love this retro inspired rolled side updo. I thought the high waisted panties and rolled hair complemented each other nicely. Retro and Sexy- always a nice combination!

     My pose prop is new from elephante poses at Pose Fair 2015 which ends in two days, April 25th. Unbreakable is a pose box that comes with 10 built in adjustable poses and the walls change to eight colors on click. Don't forget to shop the event and stock up on all the great poses there!

Livalle 21 Shoe April

Livalle has the Danica platform in Luxurious Lavender and the Page low platform in Practical Peach today for 21 shoe- get both for the price of one! They both come in Slink, Maitreya, and Belleza feet versions.

Ducknipple has a bunch of new releases this week. I am wearing two of them the Evelien Suit and the Notre outfit. These outfits come with the standard 12 color change HUD, however I used the edit menu and tinted the tops the colors I wanted. By doing that, it really makes these outfits limitless in options. If you do not know how to tint, you can watch the video that I made about tinting rigged mesh items. All of the outfits in this release came with standard sizes and also a fitted mesh size. There was also a pair of mesh gloves with nails, a dress, and a pair of boots in this release. Get them all at the main Ducknipple store. 

Eudora 3D is at Shiny Shabby with the new Darya wedges in blue, black, 2 browns, sand, and red color varieties. As always these shoes are intricately textured with a floral wood cutout pattern on the wedge which is really beautiful. Also at Shiny Shabby, the new store miss chelsea (previously blogged here) has their first ever event item- a pretty lace sundress in vintage muted color tones. What is great about this new store is they are offering their clothing in fitted mesh sizes- fit to Physique, Belleza, and an experimental Maitreya. You can get this dress for only 199L for the duration of the event and then it will go to regular store prices. 

Kunglers is having a big 50L SALE on select jewelry, shoes, and clothes. I think their jewelry is great so I went and picked up a few of the 50L sets like the Solaris- Golden one I am wearing tonight. My hair is brand new and super cute from Exile. It is shorter in the back than the sides and I am loving this cut! Because the HUD has been re-done and you get a lot more blonde textures, I am playing with some of the tones which seem to be a bit more streaky- like I just went and got highlights at the salon. All of my poses are brand new from EverGlow at the Black Fashion Fair. The Onyx pose set includes 10 poses and many of them have one foot turned to the side while you face front which are great to show shoes.

     Mesh Bodies have changed our second life drastically in many ways. One way is the possibility to break away from standard sizes and be the shapes we want. With applier clothing and mesh fitted to the fitted mesh avatars, the possibility to be unique in our size and shape AND still be able to wear the newest clothing has not been this possible since before mesh hit the fashion scene. I am super excited about the possibilities! I am wearing two mesh bodies: Maitreya Lara and Slink Physique: and I have made two shapes for each body that I am using regularly at least as my base shape. I still need a standard size shape because I have so much clothing only in those sizes and many designers are still only making standard sizes as well. However, I find myself wearing my curvy shapes as much as possible because I prefer them in every way. Welcome to my Digits for 2015!

     So there are my digits for 2015 and how they have changed as I wear mesh bodies. Basically I had to change my digits for the different bodies to get the same look of "me" that I wanted.  I am so much happier with fitted mesh bodies. It is a huge improvent over the regular avatar and also over the zero body fat and zero torso needed for Azz and Lolas (that I wore last year).  

     I also wanted to mention that my height is 40 on the sliders which is drastically changed from last year. My five foot four is also the height in the game just on your game window when you look at your shape and not with that ruler. It would probably be higher with the ruler, but I have always though the ruler measured too high. I finally changed from super tall and got with the times, lol.

Dabble Dooya Anastasia Lingerie on Marketplace

      The lingerie that I am wearing in this post is brand new from Dabble Dooya. You get all three floral prints as well as Maitreya, Physique, and Omega appliers in your 50L purchase. The seams are beautiful (because I don't let Hiram sell them til they are and I am very picky). I had him go back and fix seams at least three or four times because I think they should be perfect and I am not happy until they are. He hand draws them including every flower petal and I think his drawing skills are just stunning. On the appliers, you get the full set, bra by itself, panties alone, garter alone, and stockings alone- all of which can be mixed and applied separately. 

Questions from Berry for the 5th Digit Challenge:

1) Do you currently own a mesh body? If so, do you wear it all the time or just once in a while? I own Slink Physique and Maitreya Lara. I wear one of those all the time. I will never be in the regular system avatar nor wear system layer anything ever again. 

2) What is your preferred mesh body available on the market right now? I can't pick one. I honestly love both Physique and Lara. There are things I like more and less on each of them and reasons I feel I need them both. For example, I like the torso and waist of Physique best, but I like the hips and butt of Maitreya best. Fitted mesh that is made for bodies seems to fit Physique better and so I wear that more often with fitted mesh. I believe this is because Siddean Munro (genius business woman that she is) has given actual fitted mesh developers kits to creators and it is my understanding all of the "fitted to Maitreya" is experimental and just best guesses unless you get it from Maitreya. 

3) Have you changed your shape since you started wearing the body? Definitely and changed it for each body. You can go look at my Digits 4 post and compare it to this one to see the differences the mesh bodies have made specifically. 

4) How do you feel about mesh bodies in general? I was asking for them about a year before the first ones were made. I think they are the best things to hit the grid. I actually PREFER the alpha cuts to using alphas that you wear as we used to do. I like it better in every possible way.  The things others sometimes say are drawbacks with the bodies, I disagree with usually on every point. 

5) What is the one thing you would request from designers when it comes to mesh bodies? Only one? I have a list, lol. 

          1. Onyx- please send out developer kits for Maitreya Lara to every designer that is making fitted mesh

          2. Let's stop making standard sizes for good. I see no point in them continuing. Please make fitted mesh sizes to a few of the fitted mesh bodies. I want to see an end to standard sizes once and for all!

          3. I need fitted mesh boots in every style, shape, color, and texture. I need thigh high latex (not just shiny) boots fitted to Maitreya and Physique. MORE BOOTS, ALL THE BOOTS! Please make boots that you have made exactly to the alpha cuts available on the bodies and test them with those alpha cuts before selling them. 

          4. All designers, make everything, clothing, shoes, boots fitted to mesh bodies. Concentrate on that and make items with the body and the body alpha cuts in mind as you design. 

Kirsten's Basics 2015 (all the things I wear and might not list in my blog posts):

Hair: I thought hair changed last year. This year it seemed like almost every designer redid their hair textures and I seemed to need all the new blond textures. My list of hair stores has grown substantially since last year. Like last year all hair is now HUD based so I will include a picture of all the various HUD's and the colors I click most often.  I now wear mostly Truth, Exile, ploom, Magika, Clawtooth, Tableau Vivant, lamb, and Mina. 

Skin: I wear Glam Affair Jamaica, Izzie's Natural, and Pink Fuel Apricot (not released yet) the most.

Eyes: I still can't find any eyes that I like better than IKON. I try on others because I like variety and I like to shop but I never wear others for long and always go back to IKON. My favorites are Vanity Eyes- Azure, Ardent Eyes- Skyfall, and my new current favorite Sovereign Eyes- Blue.

Lashes: My favorite lashes are the same as last year, Mon Cheri Falsies. I still wear the glitter mascara the most. I wear style 2 in black glitter the most.   

Shape: My shape was made by me in 2006 with tweaks over the years. See my digits above for the 2015 Kirsten shape. =)

Feet and Hands: I always wear Slink. I own almost all the hands and all three versions of slink feet. I LOVE the 2.0 update with the Hand and Feet in the same Utilities HUD and the ability to paint each nail separately. I love ALL of the slink updated items; they are so well done. I wear Slink even with other bodies and shoe systems (N-core) because I like the textures on the appliers the best. 

Fitted Mesh Bodies: Last year I was wearing Lolas and Cute Azz. I am so much happier with mesh bodies. I am always wearing a mesh body of some kind. You will never see me in my blog posts as the default avatar. I am either wearing Maitreya Lara or Slink Physique. 

HUDS: I usually have my screen filled with HUDS. At a minimum I have either the Maitreya Lara or Large Slink Physique HUD, the Slink Hands and Feet Utilities HUD, Anypose Basic, and my AO.

      As I said in my first post back to fetish blogging, I decided on the Maitreya body because fetish designers that were making appliers were mostly making Omega. I even talked to a few and asked them to make some other varieties that I really think would increase their sales. I think if you are making appliers you should make Omega, Physique, and TMP. Those three will cover a large part of the market share and I think make your time worthwhile as seen in your increased sales. Just my opinion though. Anyway in spite of this argument, I was told by the fetish designers that I talked to that they were only going to make one applier and that usually was Omega. It does cover much more bodies and body parts so I understand. 

    Hugo's Design was definitely one of the fetish stores that entered into my decision process. They have made Lolas and Azz appliers in the past, but now they are solely making Omega and Slink hand and feet appliers. Those appliers are included with your purchase now too. The new designs are being packaged this way and they seem to be updating older designs as well. I am wearing a newer design, Bust, in Hard Pink. Bust is a sexy bodysuit with sporty knee high latex stockings and long gloves. The groin area is transparent and there is no covered version, so I got creative with poses to cover that area in this post (to keep my blog PG).

     NanTra is at Pose Fair 2015 with this great stool prop that contains 6 poses and their mirrors, 12 poses in all, called Situate. They also have a female superhero pose pack with some fun poses in it. Both are new exclusive releases at Pose Fair. 

     I was very excited about the Truth updates this week. Both this sexy updo and a longer wavy style with the front pulled back in a loose puff were new Truth releases this week and I love them both! My beaded top is new from Blueberry and can be found in the main store. There are both a dress and a top version, and the beads have 47 different textures and change independently of each other. My whole outfit is fitted mesh and I am wearing it fitted to my Slink Physique with my curvy shape. I am also loving the Katra Glam Affair skin that is new at collabor88 this month. 

     I am a big Walking Dead fan, so when I saw one of my favorite characters from the show just hanging out in SL- I knew one day I would find a post-apocalyptic outfit worthy of Daryl. FATEplay has some great end of the world outfits for both men and women, Max and Tina, each in five texture options. Both outfits include a pair of boots, Turner, that look fit to wander the wastelands of our doomed zombie-infested world. These will be exclusive new releases at The End, a quarterly, post apocalyptic themed sales event brought to you by Seraphim. The End opens April 16th and "ends" May 5th.

     Diesel Works is at Pose Fair 2015 with this chair pose prop as an exclusive new item. It comes with 5 sexy poses and I think its a great deal for 299L. My lingerie is by Maai, Sabrina. I missed blogging it when it was at an event, so now it is in the main Maai store. This is a very sexy lingerie set available in 4 colors and they each come with Omega, Physique, and TMP appliers. I am showing this set applied to my Maitreya Lara with my curvy shape. If you need sexy lingerie for your mesh bodies, you definitely need to take a trip to the main Maai store where you will find some of the best hand drawn lingerie on the grid. 

     EverGlow is at Pose Fair 2015 with five new pose sets. I showed the new set Soft in a previous post and I have two more to show in this one. This first pose set is called Fresh and consists of ten poses. My dress is a new release from cheeky at 100 Block. It has a cute bow on the back and comes in five color options. My collar is new at Cae and is part of this weekends ROMP event. Romp is a quick event and ends when the weekend does. You can find this collar in both a regular and a scripted open collar version at the main Cae store. See more of the Fresh pose pack below. 

EverGlow Fresh at Pose Fair 2015

     Kaithleen's has some floral re-textures of their wonderful Rockabilly dress at the current round of Designer Showcase. It comes in four floral patterns at this event for the month of April. The poses for this outfit are EverGlow Afternoon pose set at Pose Fair 2015. My Livalle shoes are also a floral print and a new release at ON 9. Livalle Danica Platform Pumps come in 11 floral patterns. My Cae jewelry set will be released tomorrow in a new event called !nterlude.  !nterlude is a new quarterly event that will take place at !ndustry. The event opens with a party @ 6PM on April 12th. Releases are inspired by a selection of songs. Cae's Heart of Glass is a necklace and earrings set inspired by the Blondie Song. It includes 10 bead, 10 heart, and 3 metals textures and is HUD scripted for resize and multipart texture change.

EverGlow Afternoon Pose Set at Pose Fair 2015

     Pose Fair 2015 opens tomorrow and terra design is featuring a two in one combo pose set as one of their new pose fair exclusives. They caught my eye because they are both Dominant female and submissive male poses, Ride and Mine. I really liked them both and they are a steal at only 99L for BOTH poses. Pose Fair opens tomorrow so make sure to pick them up when you visit. My friend Don helped me out by posing with me, thanks Don!

     My corset dress is a brand new fitted mesh design from DE Designs. This dress comes in a variety of colors and each one is fitted to the regular avatar, Maitreya Lara, Belleza Venus, and Slink Physique. DE Designs has been making fine leather gear that is great for roleplay and fetish fashion alike since 2004. 

     My Pixel Fashion boots are a pre-fitted mesh body purchase. At the time they came with a Wowmeh/ Phat Azz version and that is the one I am wearing. It works ok with my Maitreya Lara but not perfectly. I went to the store hoping that they had newer boots fit to the newer mesh bodies, but they did not, only Eve mesh body. I will keep hoping they start making versions fit to my maitreya mesh body because the quality, mesh, and material enabled textures are beautiful. (Pixel Fashion, please make more fitted mesh body versions of your boots!)

     coldLogic released a bunch of Spring newness yesterday, some pretty dresses, jackets, and pants. I fell in love with these polka dot jackets, baxter. I am wearing the undershirt that you get with the navy jacket and the black (coal) jacket. If you get the fatpack, you can mix and match the undershirts and jackets with ease giving you lots of options. I did want to mention that the undershirts are made for these jackets only and not stand alone tops. This makes the layering a possibility when you are wearing mesh without the undershirt poking through as you move in your AO animations. I adore the stripes and polka dots together! 

      I also wanted to mention that all the new coldLogic releases are coming with five standard sizes and also a fitted mesh size for Physique. I am SO excited that coldLogic is including fitted mesh in their clothing now and I am showing this set fitted to my Physique. 

     My shoes are from the new store FATEstep, Chloe pumps. They come with a color change HUD with limitless color options and they are materials enabled too.

      My standing poses in this post are all new from EverGlow and will be at Pose Fair 2015 which opens April 11th. EverGlow has five new pose sets which will be new releases at Pose Fair this year, yay! This set is called, Soft, and it has 10 total poses included in the full set.      Kaithleen's has this totally comfortable oversized hoodie sweatshirt out at Rock Attitude Fashion Fair. It reminds me of something I might have borrowed from a boyfriend so I paired it with these sYs fitted mesh boyfriend jeans. I am totally comfy! 

     Have you been to !ndustry? It is a club, owned by Cate Footman, that sometimes has live music and sometimes a live DJ. It is not one of those 24/7 clubs but when they do have events they are usually packed. I really love the eclectic feel of a friendly neighborhood club and the fact that the club is made of mesh furniture and items. It seems like so many clubs look the same as clubs did in 2007. !ndustry is a fresh new face on the SL club scene.

     So much fashion to talk about today! I think I will start with my sexy slip dress. A brand new store opened last week, Miss Chelsea, and although they do not have a lot of items yet- what they do have is original mesh and it's really promising for the future. They also have their clothing in both standard sizes and two fitmesh sizes fit to Physique and Venus. I am showing this dress fit to my Physique with my curvy shape. Take a trip over to the new original mesh store, Miss Chelsea, and try on some demos. 

     All of my poses in this post come from the KK Nantra pose pack that is currently available at the April round of The Instruments. The first picture is pose 3 in the pack and I think it is one of the sexiest poses I have seen in a while, HOT!

     My Aviator shades are new from Livalle and they come with a Hud that lets you change the frame color into 18 colors and the lens tint color to any color through a color pallette selection box. I love these new shades and they are perfect for the spring/ summer season! These are unisex too so great for girls and guys and they are being released today at the new round of The Men's Department.  Below you can see the HUDs for the Livalle sunglassess and also the fatpack of N-core shoes I am wearing in this post.

      Just when I think N-core might not be keeping up with the current fashion scene- they evolve and surprise me every single time. When Gos Boutique made instant color skin matching with an online database, N-core had one ready to release almost at the exact same time. Now that Slink and the various mesh bodies with feet attached are literally taking over the grid, N-core has evolved yet again. 

     First of all they have their own flat, medium, and high feet that you can tint with the instant click from a website database just as they have had for a while and of course all their shoes have a version for the N-core feet. However this brand did not stop there. In true N-core evolution fashion, they are offering a variation of their shoes for N-core feet, Slink, Maitreya, Belleza, and TMP feet. That's right, you get ALL five of those versions of shoes with each purchase in the "Add-on" shoe room. 

     They also are making their original mesh add-on shoes a very competitive 395L. Right now you can get a pair of pink shoes as a free group gift and they have a knotted denim shoe that is at a special price, 250L. One of my favorite things is that their fatpacks are true fatpack discounts like we used to see almost always and I rarely ever see anymore. I usually see maybe where you get one or two items free if you get the fatpack- not normally an incentive for me. This is a fatpack that is such a good deal, that you almost can't stop yourself from clicking- or at least I couldn't.
