Analog dog made their first two mesh hair styles and I love them both. Queue brought her girly, wavy signature hair and made it her own in mesh form. It even has flexi pieces you can add to the mesh and I think those will be great for actually wearing and moving about in world. I chose to shoot my pictures without the flexi additions because one of the greatest parts of mesh is that I don't have to shoot around or touch up around "alpha flicker"- which is something that just happens to all designers, hair and clothing alike, when they use alpha textures on prims.

Pirate Arts is interesting to me because they are a real life clothing company (http://www.pirate-arts.com/) that have merged into Second Life (http://piratearts.blogspot.com/). Others have tried it and not been successful, but for the most part we have not seen the merge of RL brands into SL as I really thought we would be by this time. Car companies came onto the grid as well as Budweiser a long time ago but apart from their initial fanfare they seem to have done very little in the game. I really did think by this time in the game more of the real life companies would be forging into the market because there are some people in this game making a TON of real life money in the fashion industry. They just don't happen to be real life fashion companies for the most part or at least not yet.

Que's mesh hair is all her own as is everything she does, all original design, but a lot of the new clothing I showed in this post is made from mesh templates. Just be an informed shopper and if its mesh template design clothing- don't pay too much for it! See more about that in this rant post.
