One of the many reasons that I love Second Life is the opportunities to leave normal behind and become any fantasy character in any time period I want. If you are a fan of the TV show, Vikings, then you will know the TV character that I am attempting to honor with this picture, Lagertha the Shieldmaiden. The current round of Enchantment is Viking themed and you can find my no match hair and Nantra pose prop set at the event until March 8, 2021.

Nantra is at Genre with these amazing fan poses. They really are so spectacular and sexy! They come with a scripted pose stand that lets you click on it and the fans automatically rez into place. You do need to be on land that allows rez and build for the pose stand to work. That is the one drawback of the system. You can open the pose stand and copy the poses and fans to your inventory. Then you can use the poses and attach the fans to your avatar. That works fine but you do have to pose the fans for each pose because they are not adjusted unless you use the cool pose stand. I found a sim that allowed both build and rez for my photo shoot today so I could use the cool new pose stand. You get 12 poses and the fan pose props that change into black, white, or pink feathers with this pose set. This pose set is only 100L for the duration of Burlesque Genre.

Hiram and I always have so much fun doing Gacha together. He got me this Ultra Rare Moon Elixir body chain at Fantasy Gacha Carnival. It is really stunning!

coldLogic has been at the forefront of mesh clothing since mesh uploads arrived in SL. They were one of the first stores you could purchase amazing original mesh and their rigging stood out as far superior from the very beginning. True to that pioneering spirit that is the foundation of this store, they are proudly bringing the grid Neve.

Damien Fate, Janie Marlowe, and Zyrra Falcone are immensely talented and definitely perfectionists. They decided to wait until they got all the developer kits of all the top mesh bodies before making fitmesh specifically designed to all of them. They have provided Physique for quite a while because in the same stellar fashion Siddean Munro is always ahead of her time and a brilliant business woman that single-handedly revolutionized the fashion industry in SL with her mesh feet and then her mesh body. Now the coldLogic team has the developer kits of the top mesh bodies and with those they are launching Neve, which will include fitmesh Slink Physique, Maitreya Lara, and Belleza Isis.

With this new store concept launch comes 7 new meshes in four different variations that each come with a 4 color change low impact HUD. That is a total of 112 new designs, omg!! You can apply one of any four textures to your whole outfit or you can even change the texture of individual parts (ex. top, skirt, and belt) on some designs. These are all made with fitmesh sizes that fit my Physique and Maitreya mesh bodies perfectly. I really did not need much of an alpha on any of them, but with the Maitreya versions they also come with an auto alpha that instantly hides the parts of your body for you when you put the outfit on. I really can't say enough about this amazing new fitmesh venture. If you read my blog, then you know I am fitmesh crazy so I am on cloud 9 today.

Neve will eventually replace coldLogic as a brand over time and will be a clear indicator of this transition to products which fully support the most popular custom bodies on the grid with (fitmesh) fitted mesh. You don’t need to change your landmarks to the store or your bookmarks to the marketplace, they will stay the same, and for some time the best coldLogic items will also be available in a clearly marked section of the store.

With the launch of Neve you can also join the FREE VIP group which will give you 5% credit on all purchases and of course just like the coldLogic group Neve VIP Group members will also receive bonus gifts sometimes too! Finally, you can also find a Gift Card system at Neve which is the first time this brand has ever had this option. Now you can give your friends and loved ones the gift of great fitting clothes!

I am SO super excited about all of these updates and changes and this initial launch is FULL of beautiful designs. I had such a hard time narrowing it down to decide what to blog first because they are all so gorgeous and perfect! You need to go see them for yourself and try the demos on your favorite mesh body!

Hiram and I are having fun at Fantasy Gacha. This is a rare pose from Rack Poses in the Rogue pose set at FGC. I have already blogged my FDD outfit in black and I love it so much I am showing it again a little bit differently in brown. I am also wearing it with my curvy shape this time and before I wore my standard size shape. This is fitmesh so it adjusts to my shape. I did not get the brown ultra rare corset or gloves and thats ok. As you can see wearing just a few of the pieces is way cute also. I love the look of the half top too although the ultra rare corset is particularly amazing and if someone wanted to give me one- I would not say no! I am accessorizing with a bunch of other jewelry and items I got at Fantasy Gacha as well.

Hiram is wearing the Reverie Barroom Hero outfit, also in brown, although he got both brown and black full sets. I told him I liked it and wanted him to have it. He spoils me way too much. Although I think this is supposed to be like an old west gunslinger, I think it can be easily adapted to a host of other fantasy roles like rogue and pirate.

Adam n' Eve just released a bunch of make-up and body art for the regular avatar, Slink physique, and Visage. I am wearing some lipstick, eyeliner, and eyeshadow from the new sets. They have demos that are really free mini testers because they are wearable. So go have a look at the new Makeup Counter at Adam n' Eve.

FDD is at Fantasy Gacha with this amazing fitted mesh outfit. I can't tell you how much I love each and every piece. I did have to play a bit to get the whole outfit in black, which is what I decided I had to have. The boots are rare and the corset is ultra rare. The details on the mesh and texture are exquisite. I think its supposed to be some sort of Rogue female role play character, but when I saw it I of course thought Dominant female- especially in the black. In that vein, I am using a new pose set with props by NanTra called Yes, Mistress.

Do you watch Black Sails? I like it because it is loosly based on Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson (and I am a book nerd) and has a kick ass female lead in a powerful role. This outfit definitely made me think of something that might be worn in this genre and time period and so I set out to find a "pirate boudoir" for my pictures today. I am at Moors of Elmandria which is a role play sim so please wear an OOC tag which is located in the Welcome notecard if you visit for the scenery as I did.

So I guess this is my rendition of a pirate Domme around about the time period of Treasure Island. What do you think? *wink*

If you follow my blog and/or plurk then you know that I am highly addicted to Gacha with over 70 blog posts dedicated to Gacha prizes. I have shared the reasons before and the excitement of pulling those Rares continues to draw me into the game. This time I got one of the Murdock !nc Rare dresses like the one I am wearing but I really loved this common with its purples and aquas best. I also got the fatpack of the Blues hair I am wearing which was the rare. It was a great early access gacha trip and I hope my goodies start tempting you to make your own list as you prepare for November 4th.

I have some more Fantasy Gacha items on today. I am really having fun with this amazing round. If you need items, I am selling some at my yard sale- Kirsten's Gacha Garden. Come have a look! Today I am wearing one of the rare Junbug gowns, the Rare Aaliyah Calico hair, the beautiful Sax Shepard Designs Nia Moon jewelry set in silver, and the Nerdology wings. My pose is from the very cute Infiniti fireflies set. You can find them all at Fantasy Gacha until June 3rd.

The SSD Nia Moon jewelry set is one of my favorite things from this round of Fantasy Gacha. It consists of 6 parts (necklace, tiara, earrings, bracelets, anklet, and belt) in 4 different metal colors. The Rare item is a gem hud that made both the gem colors in my jewelry possible. If you are looking for this rare item, I have one for sale for only 200L at my yard sale.

My picture place today is called Botany Bay. It is a Sci-fi role play sim. You can rez, do not need a group, do not need an observer tag, and are actually welcomed as a photographer. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner. After telling her that I was there to take pictures she welcomed me and gave me a tour as she told me about the sim. Thank you Jubilynn Lane for being so nice!

Maai is participating in Boobs, Butts, and Beyond. A new release exclusively at BBB are the Morena mesh corset packs that come with lola and azz appliers. They come in two packs a light pack with white panties and a blue (shown), pink, and white corset or a dark pack with black panties and a black, red, and purple corset. I am showing you one of the corsets in the light pack with my cute azz and lolas in this post.

I am wearing the Sax Shepard Design Slink High feet add-on Shoes Tease in white with the Rare anklets that you can find at Fantasy Gacha Carnival. I love these shoes and the changing gem stones! They are so elegant, girly, and pretty. I have them in six colors so far, but I really think I might have to own the whole collection.

The Tuga mesh formal is the 100% donation item for Breast Cancer Action provided by Maai. You can find more about this organization on their website, http://www.bcaction.org/. This formal also comes with lola appliers included. I am wearing it without my attachments and of course you can wear all of these mesh items in this post with or without attachments.

Hiram and I had a blast at Fantasy Gacha Carnival last night. It is one more thing we have in common: our addiction to Gacha. It is hard to pinpoint my favorite items from this round because there were so many amazing creations. I think this is the best Fantasy Gacha Carnival so far. This deviousMind Harpyia costume is one of the coolest winged costumes I have ever seen inside second life. I got the snowflake color out of the machine and was totally excited because I think its beautiful. I am also wearing the Sky ornamental bra and belt combo from deviousMind that comes with appliers for Lolas Tango. I have a lot of duplicates on sale too at the Gacha Resale Park. Go have a look!

I accessorized with a crown and staff from Enfant Terrible and a choker and circlet from Sax Shepard Designs all found at the FGC as well. The SSD jewelry comes with a color change HUD that lets you change the jewels into 24 colors. My Distorted Dreams Sharra ear wings in blue add more fantasy to my costume.

I did not need the build of Shoetopia to be all ethereal and in the clouds because a place with tons of new SHOES is automatically shoe heaven to me! Have you been having as much fun at Shoetopia as I have? Not only tons of SLink add on shoes, but also lots of great Gacha machines make this a superb event. The shoes on my feet are by Boom in their doll pink color and I love them! I also have a bow in my hair made by Boom and its new(ish). I had been meaning to blog it and just had not found the right look for it, but when I got these new shoes with the adorable bow on the front I knew they needed this big doll bow.

I am loving the Gacha items at Shoetopia. Both of my poses were obtained in the Gacha machines. The first one is by Rack Poses and the second is the secret pose in the !bang Gacha machine. I think I might have went a little bit shoe crazy.

I am so getting into the Halloween mood! I went to Horrorfest and barely made it past the walkway, that is LINED WITH GACHAS, alive. Yeah, cause of course I had to play them.....all. I did eventually find my way inside though and got a few spooky things there too. I am not sure what creature I created. I just know I scare myself, so I must have done it right.

My skin from PixyStix can be found in the Gacha machines and they all come with all the appliers you could need: feet, hands, boobs, azz. I thought that was really cool for a fantasy skin to have appliers because tinting a skin is no fun so this made it easy for me to do a spooky change!
