All I heard was "Truth Model Search." Yes there is a new build, new store, new texture packs, fades included in the new texture packs, 6 new hairs released, but all I really heard was TRUTH MODEL SEARCH. I can't wait to see all the pretty faces this photography contest is sure to bring out.

Now for this hair, lol. I loved the retro feel of truths new releases and this one, Gattina, has retro and curls, Love. I also really love the new light blonde color pack so much. The old light blondes were either really light so like a white blonde or they had just a tad too much yellow in it and I think the update with amazing textures and fades included is the best thing since sliced bread. I am in love with light blonde 03.

I know everyone blogged this set from Teefy, but I can't help it- its my favorite things at collabor88 May. I think both pieces the shorts and the top are adorable. I have been blogging a lot of Teefy things lately and that would be because they are so well done combined with cute, girly, and pretty.

I am at the sim, It All Starts with a Smile, which is a really pretty place that I know myself and other photographers have enjoyed visiting. However this sim will be closing soon (I think tomorrow), so if you want to see it you need to go now. I am showing my three favorite areas- the mermaid fountain, the yellow flower field, and the beach. I will miss this picturesque sim and am sorry to see it go.

Sassy released this gorgeous leather dress in 10 beautiful colors and each color also has a mixed color included with it too. I am showing you pink/ white. I love how the ruffles on my Gos Mae platforms compliment the girly ruffle around my waist giving this leather dress a feminine touch. This dress was released at the Sassy main store.

Its Bikini Time! I live in Florida in RL, so its definitely bathing suit season. I found this one from Mon Cheri that comes with three textures that you can mix and match and a bow that you can also change into a bunch of textures via a HUD at Whore Couture Monthly May. It can be worn with or without lola tango appliers. I copied the bow and made it smaller and put one in my hair too. I had fun playing with the non-rigged mesh bow.

I am also wearing a new-to-me skin. I did not feel like lagging through skin fair this year, so I am just now going to try on ones that interested me. This is Glam Affair Zara. I continue to love the new skins coming from Glam Affair. LOVE!

In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, I decided I would try to find Cancun inside of SL. I was very surprised to not be able to find a re-creation of Cancun. So I put Mexico and cantina in search and came up with equally lackluster results. Maybe I don't know what to search for, but looking for Mexico inside SL was a fail for me. So I went to Tableau. The sim is definitely inspired by traditional Mexican buildings and color schemes.

My outfit today is new and ocean blue and something I can definitely see myself wearing on vacation in Cancun. My hair is another new HUD controlled Exile beauty. I LOVE the new exile hair! My top is the newest release at coldLogic and my Pink Outfitter pants are from faMESHed May. Yesterday, Gos introduced the Ursula wedges which I think are sexy and casual at the same time, a great combination. This color happens to be the one that Gos is donating to the charity to help animals, PDSA. I hope you enjoy my look.

Ok so this post is not really about Rome, although I did go to Rome inside of SL and take my pictures. This post is my favorite two things at the one year anniversary faMESHed May event. I am wearing a dress by Zaara and jewelry set by Cae. I know that everyone is blogging this but we (bloggers) can't help it. All the cutest newest releases are there and over 50 awesome original mesh designers. I don't think I could have stayed away if I tried (which I of course did not).

I do wish fashion in SL was not so "event oriented", but it is...so when in Rome....

There are good hair days, bad hair days, but thanks to Exile today was a GREAT hair day. Kavar redid all the colors and now you get a HUD with each color pack that lets you add color streaks to the hair too. I love the new HUD and hair system. I think its so well done, just great! Also, Exile hair is now compatible with Lola's Tango boobs!

Jay and I found a really fun and romantic place the other day, Blue Note Romance Park. I used it in my last post as well, but we enjoyed the sim so much- I wanted to blog about it. There are a lot of romantic, fun, and silly things to do with someone. I encourage you to go explore! For the photographers out there, you can rez items and that means we can rez pose stands and couple poses! Jay and I used this privilege to take some really amazing pictures that you see above. Please make sure you pick up your poses after you are done and respect the sim so we have beautiful places like this where we can take couple poses. In this picture you can see: Swan boat rides, pretty places to dance, mushroom trampolines, romantic ocean-side tables for two, mile high kissing club, dunking booth, and bumper boats.

We had a lot of fun in all the places in this beautiful romantic park, but the bumper boats were really a lot of silly fun. They shoot balls out of a cannon and you try to sink your opponent. The game keeps score and announces it every time you get sunk. Jay won 5 to 1. Rematch!! Below is a funny bumper boat FAIL picture. Somehow at one point his bumper boat got stuck on the top of mine and I drove his all around and we could not get them unstuck, lol. I don't think that is supposed to be a feature of the bumper boat games.
