I went to Zodiac which opened recently. This time the sign is Scorpio. It is an event organized by Hottie Cooterati Experience. That event company sure is doing a lot lately and I really never heard of them much before for some reason. Are they a newer event company? They are currently running Cinema and now another round of Zodiac.
When I went to Zodiac, the things that caught my eye were some great pose sets from aDORKable and Exposeur. I had to have both of them, and they felt like they needed some lingerie to show off.
I recently found a "marketplace only store" that is new to me called Lily Bird. The lingerie looks really pretty in the pictures and I was excited to find that it looks just as realistic when I tried it on. My avatar often fits pretty perfectly in mesh size small (except for pants cause my legs are beefy) dresses and so I do not wear the alpha layer. Because of that I felt like I needed some strapless bras and panties (especially panties!!) to go under mesh dresses and Lily Bird has some great strapless sets. This is one of my favorite sets, but you should go look on marketplace at the Lily Bird store and try some of this lingerie. Look at how perfect the side seams look- this is some really great clothing layer hand drawn lingerie.
Ok, so those first five poses were from the aDORKable Provocative set that you can find at Zodiac- steamy poses aren't they! Then these next three poses are from Exposeur set that is also at Zodiac. Both of these pose sets are pretty inexpensive while they are at the event- so go grab some sexy poses!

I went shopping at My Attic which opened yesterday. It is a collection of designers all in one place (The Deck) and everything is 95L or less. There are some really great items in this collection. I had to have this hair, sweater, and cords. All dressed up I went exploring and found something that opened today called Surreal Fall Festival. It had booths with vendors selling things as well as rides and activities and it was all set in this picturesque fall festival motif. I enjoyed my visit. Go check out the Surreal Fall Festival from October 22- October 31.

There are three groups that you need to be in: Chop Zuey Couture Jewelry, Filthy Skins, and Azul. They all three give away high quality gifts often. Chop Zuey seems to give away something amazingly beautiful almost every day. Filthy has a free skin and shape for men and women every month! Azul gives away party/ formal dance dresses- usually with flexi at least once a month and sometimes a few a month. They all have a (imo) small join fee- but these are groups that are REALLY worth the join fee. You get consistent new amazing free group gifts in every one of them. Its smart advertising because I stay in these groups so I also see the new releases and then go buy stuff, lol.
Right now you can get this corseted black and orange dress at Azul which is perfect for Halloween. I found that I REALLY loved wearing it just as a corset top too! It could be paired with some sexy black leather pants or dressed down with some jeans and sexy heels for some more versatile looks.

I am getting into the Halloween mood, how about you? Halloween is one of my favorite holidays in second life. I really enjoy all of the haunted events and places. The big Gacha event is over until November, but you can get some spooky Halloween theme gacha prizes at the Scary Face Halloween Gacha. I really did not put this "outfit" together- it is just all the stuff I happened to get by chance out of the gacha machines and I think it looks spooktacular, lol. I did not even play things multiple times and I got two RARES! I had a blast getting some Halloween themed items and I think getting them at a Gacha event is a good idea. You only use them once a year and the prices are fairly low at the Gacha- almost everything was 75L or less. Sure lots of the stuff was made from mesh templates, but I think its appropriately priced and therefore I did get a few- like this ghostbuster's top. I was psyched, cause its the design I wanted! Beware, you can't use the alpha that comes with the top cause your middle is missing on the side where there is no shirt to cover, but I found if I went up a size the shirt worked well even when I move. Who you going to call? Ghostbusters!

So whats a girl to do when she tries for days to get into the Cinema 2012 event and can't? Laze around in a Genie bottle of course. I keep seeing all these great new things on the feeds from Cinema and I can't seem to get into the event. POUT! I decided to visit Collabor 88 October instead and I noticed something that I had not noticed before. Now this is probably not news to most of you because you are more with it than I am, but on the right side of the Collabor 88 building are collabor 88 group freebies. All you have to do is join the group and click. The group is FREE to join. This month the group freebie is made my The Sea Hole and you get this pretty minidress in six different colors. It has been a long time since I wore layers and not mesh, but I enjoyed wearing this dress and actually having MY shape back for a day. I took these pictures in the Trompe Loeil purple Dreamy Genie Bottle that is on display at Collabor 88. It is fabulous!

We have known for a while that our mom's fashion stipulation "no white after labor day" no longer applies in today's fashion world. However, this year's fall fashion seems to have quite a bit of white. I actually think its more of a black and white or monochrome trend though and this is just a subcategory of a bigger fashion trend. White is the main color though and black is the accent color. I saw this in sweaters, suits, and dresses- White and Black for Fall 2012.

They are more party club sexy girl than fetish for the most part, but I felt like this is a store that falls into fetish fashion for three reasons. 1) She makes Domme/ Mistress poses and anyone that does that must be a kindred spirit. I mean her pose props come with whips and crops! 2) All of the clothes are super sexy, many with lingerie elements like garters and corsets as accents and 3) Elymode makes clothes with appliers for prim boobs. When I combine all of that, elymode falls into the category of fetish fashion for me despite not being all latex and leather. Mistresses need sweaters too when it gets cold!
