Arte has some of the best eyes in the game, hands down. I wear her heart eyes, nordic eyes, or Powder Pack December 2017 almost all of the time. (Those are all blue eye packs.) Arte makes eyes for Catwa and Lelutka and she has a wide array of colors and textures that she has released. ( I mean I love blue, but she has made every eye color imaginable, including some really cool fantasy colors, like the Supernova pack.)
