I am nine years old today in SL! I think that makes me old...maybe even ancient, but man what a great time it has been. Second Life to me is synonymous with friends, art, and love. All of which enrich my life. It is hard to explain to those that do not participate in SL, but those of us that do understand. Notice I did not say "play." It is not a game. SL is so much more. Thank you everyone that has been in my slife these nine years. I appreciate each and every one of you!

     Kaithleen's has some great knee length shorts with a cute bow that are perfect for this beginning of fall weather. I think they are super cute.       Neve, by coldLogic, has released the first part of their fall collection. It is full of leggings and long comfy tunic tops.      I took my pictures today at Izzie's which has switched over to seasonal Fall decor and as always is decorated totally cute. 

      Apple May Designs has a brand new sexy dress at Tres Chic. Selena is available in four colors and each one comes with Maitreya standard sizes and two Belleza fitmesh sizes. I don't own the belleza mesh bodies, so I am wearing one of the standard sizes. It fits my standard size shape well, but I hope this talented original mesh designer starts offering more fitmesh sizes in the future because I like to be curvier than the standard sizes. My hair is new by Doe at the current round of Chapter 4. This slightly loose high bun is available in lots of textures and each one comes with a solid or two tone option. I am ready for date night in my sexy little black dress and updo!

       Doe is the re-branded store that was formerly ploom. All of the old ploom hair and poses are on SALE. You can stock up on inexspensive hair and poses. 

      The newest version of Slink Physique Mesh Body (V2.8) now has Omega support. I am super excited about this development because it really opens up the clothing applier options available for Slink. Making all the multiple appliers became really time consuming for designers so some have only been making Omega appliers and now they will work with my Physique. So all the previous Omega appliers that I have already in my inventory will work with Slink. I am wearing Maai lingerie and it actually comes with Slink appliers, but I used the Omega appliers to try them out with my Slink body. Go to the main Slink store and get your body update today. 

      I feel like I have been waiting on the male version of Slink Physique for Hiram forever. I think that is mainly because I wanted him to have it so badly! We went and bought it on it's release day, but then had to wait for skin makers to start making appliers, lol, because neither of us can be bothered to tint the old fashioned way (although you CAN if you want to with this body). As of today I know of these (regular, human) skinners making appliers for Slink and/or Omega that will work with the body: Adam N Eve, Birth, Navaro, 7 Deadly Skins, and Tableau Vivant. One of Hiram's favorite skins, Hermony, suddenly closed- without much notice or warning to it's skin customers. It was a shock to us when we went to look for a Slink applier and the store was gone. I think it was a very poor business decision on the creator's part because I really think he would be selling tons of appliers and skins this week with the release of the Slink male body. 

     I really love the shape of the Slink Male body and the smooth edges and curves. It is so nice to have Hiram in a mesh body too. The one difficulty we have found so far is that his clothing is not fitting his new body very well. I was really surprised by that because when I first bought my slink physique I was able to wear pretty much all of my clothing with alphas and an occasional slight shape tweak. Hiram's clothing is not fitting so significantly that a shape tweak won't be enough. The waist area of all his pants is way to huge and trying to adjust his shape is not working. Also his shoulder and neck area is not working with clothing well either. So far, we have had little luck getting his previous standard size clothing to fit. The pants he has on (in the first picture) are brand new fitmesh made specifically for the Slink body from Lapointe and Bastchild. They work really well with the body and we can't wait for more designers to make more fitmesh for Slink too. Hiram, in his usual amazing self while taking everything in stride, said, "Time to get a whole new wardrobe."

Slink Physique Male Tips:

      NanTra is at Designer Showcase this month with a series of couple poses called, Peace, Love, and Wine. You can see all three in this post because I really like these cute romantic picnic poses and I wanted to take pictures with Hiram and his sexy new mesh body (woohoo). My Kaithleen's dress is new and can be found in 12 colors or patterns at the 24 event. This original mesh dress comes with a fitmesh size for Maitreya and Physique mesh bodies. Finally my simple and cute fortune cookie necklace is by Cae and an exclusive item for this month's Mix event. Happy shopping!

      The Body Modification Expo just opened and alterego is there with some exclusive limited edition skins and a make-up add on pack. I am wearing some of the makeup and eyebrows that are included in the make up pack as well as alterego Victoria (a recent in store release). 

       I am having fun with the pose hair from Tableau Vivant at Arcade in this post. I need the complete set because they are perfect for adding a little whimsy to your pictures. 

         I blogged about the new coldLogic launch of Neve last week and I plan on showing more of the amazing first launch. This design, called Ballerina, is definitely one of my favorite new meshes. I feel totally girly! This comes in 4 different texture pack options and each one has 4 textures included. This one, vines, has this cream color, red, purple, and grey. Make sure you take a trip to Neve for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza fitmesh perfection. 

     Nantra is at collabor88 this month with two single pose packs and one group pose. Nantra poses are always SO creative and almost always include props and a definite animation theme for each set. Nantra is more than a pose store- they are one of the best mesh prop stores on the grid. Nantra Secret Treat (above) contains 6 poses with broom and wand props and their mirrors. Nantra Illuminati (below) contains 8 poses with glowing ghost props and their mirrors. 

     I have a lot of goodies from collabor88 in my outfit today. My Glam Affair skin comes with a clean skin, 5 eyeshadows, and 8 lipsticks- all for only 288L each tone. I love the shiny purple texture on this SPIRIT outfit that comes in wonderful fitmesh sizes. My lamb hair with funky bangs is super fun and flippy and my Yummy purple pentagram pendant necklace is a great finishing touch. 

      I have had a super busy labor day weekend in RL so I am tired. I have a cute, casual outfit on today which is ready for fall. I suppose people are starting to have fall weather. As a Florida girl myself, I don't see too much of a season change but I enjoy changing them in decor and outfits inside SL. I normally type more, but as I said I am tired so credits are below.       Arcade has quite a bit of fashion that really can't be missed. The Pixicat fitmesh dresses and jackets are wonderful and fit my mesh body well. My Rowne coral purse compliments the jacket color well. My Exile hair comes with this short version and also a longer hairstyle- both included in your pull. As you already know, I am in love with the new Pink Fuel skin in Apricot tone and I GOT THE RARE! I pulled it too. I love pulling rares; it is such a high! The rare is a really pretty pink glossy lip that is the glittery icing on the cake to my outfit. Good luck with your own Arcade pulls!

      Bax Coen has updated all of the Bax Regency boots with fitmesh versions for Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique, Belleza V/I/F, and Eve pulpy and slim. They fit my Maitreya Lara perfectly. Bax Regency boots have always been fitmesh and came in three sizes for the standard avatar. This update just makes them work perfectly with your favorite mesh body. These boots are available in 12 brand new metallic textures as well as previously released and newly updated 9 patent leather textures, 7 leather textures, and 6 suede textures. If you have previously purchased any of these, then you can get them redelivered to get the fitmesh body update. 

       Apricot! Apricot! Apricot! I have been longing for a version of this skin tone to be officially released for a long time because it is my FAVORITE Pink Fuel skin tone. I love it so very much! I wore a not released version of Sora in Apricot for my wedding, but because it was not available to purchase I did not blog with it (even though I adore it and Apricot). So now I can wear Apricot  in my blog posts because you can get this new skin, Morgana, at the current round of Arcade Gacha. I am so totally excited about this skin. I have so far pulled Makeup 2, 4, and 5 in the blonde eyebrows. I need all of the blonde ones- including the rare- so you will be able to find other eyebrow colors at my Arcade yard sale, Kirsten's Gacha Garden, because I plan on pulling until I get the entire set.  This skin is GORGEOUS! 

     IKON has new eyes, Triumph. I am wearing the color Sky in this post. As usual they are bright and realistic and my favorite eyes on the grid. You can find IKON Triumph at Shiny Shabby. 

     My Cae jewelry set is new at faMESHed this month. The necklace has four strands that you can choose to show or hide via HUD. 

     I am wearing new fitmesh lingerie from Erratic. This set is made specifically for Maitreya Lara and it fits very well. I needed a few alphas for the corset, but the Maitreya alpha cuts work perfectly with the corset. This set is beautiful, although it is transparent and shows a bit more than I can show on my blog and keep it PG. I really love the back of this set that you can see in the above picture. The corset laces are so well done. I posted a NSFW picture on my flickr however to show the front of this lingerie set in close detail. You can find this lingerie set as a new release in the main Erratic store. For now, I got creative with angles and pose and made one more picture of the lingerie.
